Corporate & Festival Henna

High-volume henna for company events, college activities, fairs and festivals throughout Connecticut.

Henna works well at large events because it draws a queue and keeps people at your stand. We have worked company family days, employee appreciation events, college and university activity nights, cultural festivals, town fairs and street festivals across Connecticut, and we are set up for volume: multiple artists, fast designs and a steady flow of people through the table.

For events like these we usually work to an hourly rate with a set number of artists, which keeps your cost predictable no matter how busy it gets. Designs are kept smaller and faster than party or bridal work, typically five to ten minutes each, so a single artist can see six to ten people an hour continuously through a long shift.

We are fully insured, and we are used to working to event organisers' requirements, whether that is a certificate of insurance, a particular setup footprint or a fixed pitch. Glitter henna is especially popular at festivals and college events because the colour is instant and photographs well on the day.

  • Built for volume

Multiple artists working in parallel, with designs sized to keep the queue moving through a long event.

  • Fully insured

We carry insurance and can provide a certificate for event organisers and venue managers on request.

  • Predictable hourly rate

Priced by artist and by hour, so your budget is fixed regardless of how many people come through.

How it works

  1. Send the brief

Date, venue, hours, expected footfall and whether you need a certificate of insurance. That is everything we need to quote.

  2. We size the team

We work out how many artists your footfall and event length need so people are not turned away at the end.

  3. Setup

We arrive ahead of doors, set up within the footprint you have allocated, and are ready before the event starts.

  4. Run the event

We work continuously through your hours. Attendees leave with a design that lasts a week or more.
